(According to two previouse police reports from Hartzog's former wife,
and documents of this case
this alligation is completely false:
1) Hartzog's wife was previousely threatened by him, and this last
time was not a big surprise, except that this time the police actually
came and arrested him.
2) At no point has Hartzog's passport, wallet, and jewelry was taken
or sold on the Black Market, unless he did it himself.
3) Other items : computer, printer, family bank account (joint) were a
community property, and his wife had a full right to use them herself
as she sees fit, according to Arizona Law.
4) Mitsubishi was Hartzog's gift to his wife (her name was on the
Title of this car), and there was another car (his personal truck) in
the family. Hartzog's car stayed untouched in the driveway of the
house.
5) Hartzog was lying to the Court about other items taken by his wife,
but never had the required proof in Court. After the Court his story
got even bigger...

There is no such thing as Quick Fleet Auto, and it is not a fly-by-
night operation. Artt Smasch is not an owner.
Valentina needed her car to be able to go to her work, because there
is no public transportation available. (In Phoenix public
transportation was and is very poor).
This $2,500.00 was not the last money on that account, there remained
$3,000.00 after her withrawal from that account.

The reason Harzog was "sweating", was because he knew the truth, and
was affraid to be convicted for what he actually did.
The polygraph test is not admissible as evidence in Arizona Court
(criminal or civil), and never can be used to drop the charges in a
serious felony case.
The reason the Prosecutor dropped the charges is because Hartzog's
very expensive attorney is a friend of the Prosecutor, and the
wittness refused deposition.

Report was never filed.
Operating a frodulent Charity is a Felony in the State of Arizona.
Yefim is not in prison right now, because the ammount of donations was
small, and none of the Donors have filed the Former Complaint
yet.
Is it not a Coincidence that Yefim Toybin proclaimes that he is for
the justice, truth while he himself operating an illegal Organization.

Yefim Toybin is in intentionally close contact with other abusive ex-
husbands (including Olga's ex-husband), and naming their ex-wifes
"Russian prostitutes" . He tryed to slander and interrupt S H I E L
D Foundation work, for which the City of Phoenix Municipal Court has
issued Injunction against Workplace Harrassment (Protective Order)
against him.
He can not disrupt Russian events or S H I E L D activities any more
(he did it before), and can not go near the Russian Center or S H I E
L D's office in Arizona without violating the Court's Order.
If the future of this nation is in any way connected to or affected by
Yefim Toybin or people like him, the United States is in deep trouble!
